When you book a travel service through our booking system:

1 .Hicuban.com will receive your reservation request for travel services, you will receive an automatic message acknowledging our receipt of your request.

2. One of our commercial agents will be in charge of your request and will check for availability of the services with the providers in Cuba.

3. If there are availability of service requested we will email your confirmation and a payment authorization form. Payment should be done with Visa o Mastercard credit card not issued by American banks. If there are not service availability you will be warned also.

4. You should fill and sign the form and send it to us by fax or by email

5. We will charge your credit card with the amount in the form. You can pay us the total amount of the service or at least two first days like a guarantee payment and then pay us the rest in Cuba with credit card or cash (only CUC).

Also, you should pay us by bank transfer, in this case you should make the transfer in EUR (Euros), not in USD (American Dollars).
